Excel VBA function to Import rows to MYSQL

Need to take rows in Excel and insert into 2 Mysql tables. User has already logged into an Access front end that is open and linked to the same MYSQL tables. If possible, would rather not have to do another login - or store the id/password in EXCEL vba to be able to link/authenticate to MYSQL. More details are attached.
