Excel Number Processing

I have a column of raw figures that I need cleaned up and analysed inside Excel.
These are cashflow values with different VAT and sometime we have split transaction that has both types of vat.... the values contitue of almost 4 years time and and needs to be seperated and presented for each month sales volume. For each month i need sum of revenue values that constitute 7 % vat and sum of revenue that constitute 19% of revenue.... so i need a proper listing for all months one by one... in a way that i can then test on my own values if your formula is properly working... i need it on urgen basis
