Enterprise Full Stack Developer - Python, Next.js
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am building a production-grade enterprise web application and need a hands-on full-stack developer who is as comfortable architecting a back end in Python as polishing a sleek Next.js front end. The stack is already defined: Django or FastAPI at the core, PostgreSQL or another robust relational database on storage, Celery or equivalent task-flow tooling for background work, Redis (or similar) for caching, and a React 18/19 + Next.js interface styled with Tailwind CSS and written in TypeScript.
You will take ownership of the entire codebase—models, APIs, state management, component library, and deployment scripts—ensuring all modules follow best practices for scalability, security, and test coverage. Expect to integrate one of the mainstream authentication approaches (OAuth, JWT, or SAML); I’m open to whichever you can justify for enterprise SSO while keeping the user experience frictionless.
Strong communication is critical: we will iterate quickly, review pull requests in detail, and refine requirements together. I value developers who probe for corner cases, surface risks early, and can articulate trade-offs clearly.
Key expectations
• Modular, well-documented Python services (Django or FastAPI) with automated tests
• Fully responsive Next.js UI built with React 18/19, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
• Secure authentication layer wired to the chosen identity provider
• Efficient task queue, caching, and database design tuned for high throughput
• Clean Git history and concise technical documentation covering setup, deployment, and CI/CD
If you have deep expertise across this stack and enjoy solving complex product challenges, let’s talk about timelines and milestones so we can move from concept to a launch-ready platform.
