Enter a schedule of speakers into an InDesign Template

We have a small one-off project where we want to enter a word document list of speakers into an InDesign catalogue set of pages. Basically, it is going to be just cut and paste and applying the relevant paragraph styles. There are about 100 entries to make and we look to have this done by end of day October 4. It doesn't take high-level InDesign skills, but it will need to be entered correctly.
