Enhance more functions and change of look & feel of the Existing our web portal https://helpforge.in/ Webportal with 3 pages in odoo 16 environment

I am searching for an experienced freelancer to deliver some functional changes and a layout redesign for my web portal (https://helpforge.in/) running on the Odoo 16 environment.
The website's functional enhancements will be focused on:
Web portal with 3 pages in odoo 16 environment
required models : re.partner, invoice
Website
home page : presently available but changes required
patient detail page : to be created as per new addons
donation page : available but minor changes required
Key Functionality of the system
1.Public can register the fund request on webportal and following next step by backend user acting manual approval process :New Changes
2 Manage multiple fund needs of the people and enabling people on 360 view accounting visibility on each need at the moment single need can be managed
3. Public can select the needs and read more information in patient detail page then navigate to donation page then make offer and later make the payment or make the payment directly using payment gate way(google pay)
4 Public can see the actual accounts which confirming the patient’s stage and financial status
5 Backend user will verify and confirm the invoice then make the receipt which will be shown in note book view in donation page
6 Notifications to donors/bank end users on changes of the fields
7 A contact can participate multiple needs and tracked down the financial history and need name under the same contact
In terms of the visual transformation, I am looking to give my site a new look with a creative and user-friendly layout. An understanding of user interface and user experience principles will be essential for this role.
Proficient coding skills and experience on the Odoo platform will be highly valued, as well as a demonstrated eye for design and commitment to delivering a seamless user experience. The most successful candidate will deliver these changes while ensuring the site remains secure and efficient.
