Enhance Flutter App Speed & Performance

As the owner of "Job Search" application developed in Flutter, I need some help to optimize its performance.
App is under NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) by BIDDING you AGREE to Sign a NDA.
Currently, two major areas of my app require immediate attention:
1. **Loading Time:** The application should load faster, ideally in under 3 seconds to make the user experience smooth.
2. **Search Results Rendering:** The application should be able to render the search results faster. For effective accomplishment, enhancing speed for all search results equally is a matter of importance.
Backend IS created in Laravel
An expert in Flutter with a strong background in app speed optimization would be ideal for this job. Be prepared to provide a timeline for these types of improvements before any work starts.
