Embedded Code for DSP Radio Receiver

I'm seeking an embedded software engineer to develop code for a small radio wave receiver. The primary function of this receiver is digital signal processing (DSP) to identify signals at a range of frequencies which exhibit constant power characteristics.
Once detected the board will simply activate the circuitry such that an alert can be activated by what ever means.

Skills:
- Proficiency in embedded systems programming
- Experience with digital signal processing
- Knowledge of signal modulation/demodulation techniques

There is no doubt that ongoing enhancements will be needed once the basic code is working.
