Electrical Panel Design for Residential Apartment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Scope:
We are looking for a qualified electrical design freelancer to prepare detailed plans for two distribution panels in a residential apartment:
One 3-phase electrical panel
One low-voltage (weak current) panel
Both panels will use the Gewiss GWN1401XB enclosure model.
---
1. Electrical Panel Requirements:
All internal components must be from the Hager brand only. The panel should include:
Main circuit breaker (Hager)
Smart energy meter (Hager)
3 x HAGER EU103 current relays (single-phase, one per phase)
1 x Selective RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker) to separate RCCB groups
Minimum 11 RCCB groups (types A and F mix)
Maximum use of Hager terminal blocks, busbars, and distribution rails for neat organization of neutral, phase, and earth wiring
Hager contactors for controlling high-load or smart devices
Impulse relays for smart switching (e.g., lighting zones, automation)
---
2. Low-Voltage Panel Requirements:
The low-voltage board will serve networking, AV, and smart home infrastructure. It must include:
8 x Sonos in-wall speakers (installed with dedicated wall mounts)
Wiring for 4 TVs, 3 IP cameras, 2 internet modems, 1 telephone line, 1 video intercom
1 x 24-port network switch (rack-mountable)
1 x patch panel (CAT6 or CAT7 preferred)
Proper labeling, cable management, and data-power separation
Structured LAN layout and smart-ready integration
---
Smart Home System Integration:
The home uses a Bticino smart home system (Zigbee protocol)
Some devices (e.g., 2 thermostats controlling convectors, smart meter) are connected via BUS protocol
BUS wiring, contactors, and impulse relays must be considered and included in planning
All control circuits must support future smart automation expansion
---
Deliverables:
Full 2D schematic design for both panels
Internal layout with clear component positioning
Provided in DWG (AutoCAD) and PDF format
Optional: 3D visualization or render (preferred but not required)
