Electrical Design of a Building per NEC Code

As an experienced electrical designer, I am looking for a freelancer to provide a commercial electrical design for a building in accordance with National Electric Code (NEC) standards. The size of the electrical system being designed is medium-sized, and no other codes applying to the design will be necessary.
