Edit and create wordpress plugin related to Woocommerce and Dokan

I need someone who is very experienced in wordpress plugin creating and editing, javascript, css, mysql to help me:
- add new features to current plugins
- create new plugins
- maintain and update our wordpress woocommerce site ( on monthly basis and will be discussed later)
