Edit & Design Commercial Contract Template

I have a commercial building contract template for Queensland that needs some editing and design improvements.
I need someone who can help with both text and formatting changes. This project involves:
- Removing unnecessary sections and lines
- Setting up a clear and professional layout
The introduction, summary and terms and conditions will require the most attention.
I'm looking for someone with strong editing and document design skills, rather than a lawyer. Ideally, you should have experience with document builders and graphic design. Please note that I need this task completed as soon as possible. Thank you!
