Ecommerce Website Overhaul: UX Focused

I run a niche ecommerce company selling Texas snacks and seasonal merch. My current website on Wix, while functional, doesn't deliver the user experience I aim for. I'm considering either a better template on Wix or a move to Shopify with a premium theme.
