Dynamic Zoom Webinar Tech Host

I’m running a two-hour Zoom webinar on 17 April for roughly 100 attendees and I need a sharp, fast-moving technical host to keep everything running like clockwork.

The core of the job is full backend control: setting up Zoom, loading and advancing the slide deck, cueing videos, spotlighting each speaker at precisely the right moment, and maintaining a smooth run-of-show. Live attendee support is equally important—admit people, moderate chat and Q&A, troubleshoot audio or video issues on the fly, and keep the energy up without letting distractions leak on-screen.

Two elements sit at the very top of my priority list:
• Embedding polls at pre-planned breakpoints and sharing results instantly
• Automatically generating and distributing post-event attendance certificates

Beyond that, I’ll rely on you to:
• Rehearse the flow with me and the speakers beforehand
• Stay on headset throughout the event for quick cues and last-second changes
• Deliver a clean recording and attendance report right after we wrap
We aslo generate certificates for the participants
