Dual Web & Mobile Land Marketplace

I’m building a dedicated marketplace where real-estate agents can list and sell land with ease. The project involves two customer-facing products developed in parallel—a responsive web application and a companion mobile app.
Inside the app & browser I want:
• Through radius or he set the end distance means within 2km or within 1 km , user can find near by selling lands with only reels & Its only for agent specific application
Buying can find the available land in Google map directly
Agents or owner have to take premium plan to publish
Need Android & responsive site (we need browser also )
