Draw a polygon on Google Maps

I need a html page with a google maps that enabled the user to selects for points on a map and draw a polygon on the area selected. This is very similar to the tutorial on this page https://rajatamil.medium.com/draw-a-polygon-on-google-maps-cd1199870d43
I need the user to draw a polygon by selecting the points on the map. After each selection polygon is updated as illustrated in Selection 1, Selection 2 and the polygon points are shown in the text box.
If the user makes a mistake, he will be able to click the Clear button to clear the polygon and start again.
The Load points button will enable the user to paste polygon points into the text box then draw the polygon based on the points.
I need this project within 2 hours. The budget is strictly 50 USD. Please not apply if you cannot deliver within the next 3 hours.
