Drafting & Design Services Required – Residential Slab & Garage Drawings (New Brunswick, Canada)

We are seeking an experienced freelance drafting and design professional familiar with New Brunswick, Canada building codes to prepare two detailed construction-ready drawing packages.
Scope of Work
1. Revision & Rescaling of Existing Drawing (Provided)
An attached drawing will be supplied and must remain exactly as-is in layout and design.
The drawing is to be accurately redesigned and scaled to fit a 20 ft x 30 ft concrete slab with footings.
All dimensions, structural components, and layouts must be adjusted accordingly while preserving the original design intent.
Must meet New Brunswick, Canada building code requirements for slab-on-grade with footings.
2. New Garage Drawing – From Scratch
Design a detached garage to fit a 24 ft x 34 ft concrete slab with footings, compliant with New Brunswick, Canada building code, with the following features:
Two (2) standard garage doors on the front elevation
One (1) man door on the right side of the structure
One (1) window on the left side
One (1) window on the right side
Two (2) windows on the rear elevation
Fully dimensioned floor plan, elevations, and slab/footing details
Deliverables
Code-compliant, permit-ready drawings in PDF and editable CAD format (DWG or similar)
Floor plans, elevations, slab & footing details, and all required dimensions
At least one round of revisions included
