Documentary-Style Video Production

I need a filmmaker-editor who can guide a small project from concept through to a finished, documentary-style video. You’ll shape the story arc, capture or source any interviews and B-roll we decide are necessary, then craft a tight, engaging cut complete with colour-grade, licensed music, lower thirds and clean audio mixing.

I can supply background materials and arrange access to key people, but no usable footage exists yet, so you’ll be leading the visual approach. If you regularly blend talking-head interviews with atmospheric shots and graphics to keep viewers hooked, please share two or three relevant samples and outline your process for:

• Pre-production research and scripting
• Shooting logistics (camera, sound, lighting kits you prefer)
• Post-production workflow and typical turnaround for a 10–15-minute piece

Deliverables: the final 4K master, a web-optimised version, one social cut-down and all editable project files. Let me know your availability over the next fortnight and any clarifying questions—you’ll have creative freedom, but I want transparency on milestones and revisions so we stay on schedule.
