The task includes examining disk images and memory dumps, identifying relevant artefacts, and presenting findings in a clear, logical, and professional format.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with digital forensics tools (e.g., Autopsy, FTK, EnCase, Volatility)
- Ability to analyse disk images and memory dumps
- Strong understanding of forensic procedures and evidence handling
- Ability to structure findings into a professional report (max ~2000 words)
- Clear documentation with screenshots, analysis, and conclusions
Project Scope:
- Analyse provided digital evidence (one suspect dataset)
- Identify and interpret key artefacts (e.g., web history, files, activity)
- Present findings with proper forensic reasoning
- Deliver a well-structured investigative report
Deliverables:
