Dietician - Lose weight program

Please bid if you are from India (preferred Delhi/Bangalore) and can easily push me up to work, to follow diet. My goal is to lose 10kgs in next 3-4months but in a manner that it doesn't back with a side-effect on me and the problem with me is that I lose motivation in between.
