Development of a Segmental Bioelectrical Impedance Spectroscopy Device (SBISD)

I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer or biomedical engineer to develop a Segmental Bioelectrical Impedance Spectroscopy Device (SBISD) for body composition measurement. The project involves designing, prototyping, and validating an impedance spectroscopy system capable of measuring individual body segments.
