• KYC verification process.
• Ability to suspend or delete user accounts.
2. Beneficiary Management:
• Add, view, and manage beneficiaries for bill payments.
• Verify beneficiary information for accuracy and validity.
3. Transaction Management:
• Initiate, process, and track bill payments.
• View transaction status, details, and history.
• Handle transaction-related issues and disputes.
4. KYC Verification:
• Receive and review KYC verification requests.
• Verify user-provided documents for identity verification.
• Approve or reject KYC verification requests.
5. Support Management:
• Receive and manage support inquiries from users.
• Assign support tickets to appropriate personnel.
