Develop a script with GUI for scraping data from e-commerce website

Hello everybody,
this project is about developing an easy-to-use script/software with a simple GUI which scrapes product data from a german E-commerce website and gives out this data in two CSV-files (one file for the data, one file for image links).
The data can (and should) be scraped from json and is easily accessible, no need for login into the website or similar.
Besides pure data scraping, the script/tool you develop has to do some HTML-formatting of text descriptions and tables which are scraped from the website.
To save your time I attached some documents which will give you a detailed impression of the project:
1. Please start with Overview.pdf, this will give you a very short summary about what has to be done and about the key requirements.
2. Article.csv and Images.csv are example files to give you an impression about how the resulting files will have to look like.
3. Details.pdf is the key document of the project which describes in detail what needs to be done. It's about 15 pages with a lot of screenhots, I tried to describe what needs to be done as detailed as possible.
A person interested in this project should have profound knowledge in web scraping, software architecture and a suitable programming or scripting language (I think Python would be a good choice, but you are totally free to choose the way to implement the requirements).
After delivery of a reliable and good working script with GUI which meets all requirements, I'm willing to pay a bonus of at least 20% of the agreed milestone payment.
