Develop and Setup - App and Website using CodeCanyon -- 2

I'm looking for a developer to customize an existing Escrow platform from CodeCanyon for the Indian market. This will be for a website and mobile applications on iOS and Android.

No partial payments will be made, payment will be made on project completion.
Budget 10k INR

Requirements:
- Install and setup the source code
- Customize necessary content, logo, images, etc. to fit our brand
- prefer a direct bank connection Bank API NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI (minimal to no charges), razorpay charges 2% fees
- document all the changes
- will need a sitemap and other missing features required to seamlessly run a website and mobile app
- Some additional features may be required
- will need support to fix any bugs discovered post release


Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with web and mobile app development, particularly in customizing CodeCanyon products
- Familiarity with escrow platforms and their functionalities
- Strong branding and design skills
