Develop Custom PowerPoint Add-in

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a custom PowerPoint add-in with intermediate functionality. Ideally, I would like the add-in to be compatible with the most recent versions of PowerPoint. Specifically, I need the add-in to have icons/templates which will be provided by me.
