Design a restaurant seating chart in PSD

Hello,
I am looking for someone who can design a seating chart in PSD for my restaurant.
I have attached some files. Firstly I have attached an excel file, this file contains our actual seating chart with tables and how they are situated. The file also contains information about the different seating areas, such as "large dining area", "Font outside patio" and other seating areas.
For these different seating areas I have taken actual photos of our restaurant from different angles.
I have also attached a template design, this is how I expect the final product to look and feel.
So to put a summary to this, I want the information in the excel file to be designed into a new image looking like the template design.
The final file should be a PSD file with elements which I can easily edit on my own.
