Design USA Military theme Event Promotion Flyer

I want a new flyer made:

8.5 x 11
300 DPI
Photoshop (not vector)

- Make a title "MILITARY WEEK", put dates OCT 6 - 12, 2025, San Jose, CA
- Need Red, White, Blue theme. Perhaps stars and stripes as border, or background accent, etc
- Use the file named "Navy Ship" as the focus pic. You can add text to left/right or how you see fit
- Use attached photos as smaller photos, but put it so I can replace the photos
- Text bullets:

- Live Military Displays
- Tour a U.S. Navy Ship
- High Tech Equipment
- Live Music and Entertainment
- Food and Industry Vendors
