I need a compact, 150 W Pure-sine-wave 400 Hz inverter purpose-built for an industrial environment. It will run from a 24 V DC battery rail and must deliver a clean, low-distortion AC output suitable for factory instrumentation, control boards, and the occasional small motor or pump.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• A complete, production-ready design package: schematic, PCB layout, transformer or inductor specs, and a clearly itemised BOM with readily available components.
• The 24V DC input is to be converted into pure sine wave out put using analog SPWM techniques.
• Built-in protections—over-current, short-circuit, reverse polarity, thermal, and under/over-voltage—because this unit will sit in a harsh, always-on setting.
• Efficiency above 90 % at half load and a total harmonic distortion below 3 %.
• A brief test report that proves continuous 150 W output, stable operation from –40 °C to 70 °C.
• Optional EMI filter recommendations.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing and building sinewave PWM inverter circuits.
