Design an Exposé / Flyer

Hello i need an Expose for my Park: XXL Garagenpark Mannheim Stadt to be designed. I already have all the text and 1 or 2 examples of other Exposés.
All the information is in the file " Garagenpark_Mannheim_Stadt" This only has to be redesigned.
The Text is already there. I also uploaded 2 flyers (examples) from other sites
The Expose is about Storage Units (Garages) to be sold. I already have the Corel Draw Design. I need the Design and also the Corel Draw File redesigned back.
