Design Executive CV/ letter + data entry the content

- Take both existing cover letter and resume templates (see attachments) and refresh them with a better executive-like matching design, preference to use the WORD MS Office software. The design needs to match (see the example below). Make sure it is easy to update manually each time. Right now the columns make it complicated to update each time.

An example of a color-coded design for both documents is attached.
