I’m building a secure, cloud-based system that works both as a responsive website and as a cross-platform app. The core of the project is a clean interface where authorised users can create, edit and search two data sets: customer information and sales transactions. Every action must be protected by user authentication on both fronts, so a solid sign-up, log-in and role-based access layer is essential.
Once the data is stored, users should be able to generate on-screen views and export polished PDFs tailored to our branding. A key feature is the ability to filter by date range or customer and instantly download sales-performance reports; speed and accuracy here are critical. I’d also like basic dashboard visuals—simple charts or tables—so staff can see headline numbers before exporting.
Behind the scenes we’ll need a well-structured database, concise API endpoints that the web and app clients share, and deployment to a reliable hosting environment. I’m open to modern stacks (for example, React / Flutter front ends with a Node or Django back end, or any comparable solution) as long as the result is maintainable and documented.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Responsive website and companion app compiled for Android
• Secure authentication and role management working in both environments
• CRUD modules for customer information and sales transactions
• Customisable PDF generation that mirrors our brand template
• Downloadable, filterable sales-performance report plus basic dashboard view
• Source code in version control with setup instructions and a brief technical hand-over document
