fixing very simple error in my warehouse sql project

i created this project (a project builds an **ELT pipeline** that extracts data from **S3**, stages them in **Redshift**, and transforms data into a set of **dimensional tables** for Sparkify analytics team to continue finding insights in what songs their users are listening to) it is very simple and it is all ready and done. but i have one issues:
Unable to run
Please address the issue noted below.
The script, create_tables.py results in the below error: "screen shot". the project is attached
