Data Analysis for Customer Behavior Prediction

I need an experienced data analyst to help me process and analyze my dataset. The objective is to predict customer behavior based on the data. The analysis should be done using SPSS or Excel.

Key Tasks:
1. Data Preparation
- Import the dataset into SPSS or Excel.
- Check for missing values and perform basic data cleaning if needed.
- Understand the dataset structure: categorical vs. numerical variables.

2. Descriptive Statistics
- Calculate central tendency (mean, median, mode) and dispersion (standard deviation, range, IQR).
- Create visualizations including histograms, boxplots, and frequency distributions.

3. Inferential Statistics
- Formulate at least two hypotheses related to customer behavior.
- Conduct statistical tests including T-tests to compare customer spending behavior between genders, Chi-Square Test to test relationships between customer demographics, ANOVA to compare spending scores across different income levels, and Correlation Analysis to identify relationships between income and spending.

4. Regression Analysis
- Explore simple or multiple regression to predict customer spending behavior.

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in data analysis, particularly with SPSS or Excel.
- Strong understanding of both descriptive and inferential statistics.
- Ability to create visualizations and interpret their significance.
- Proficiency in hypothesis formulation and conducting various statistical tests.
- Experience in regression analysis.
- Ability to translate data findings into predictions about customer behavior.
