Daily Google Ads Data Mining & Scraping

I need a professional data miner and web scraper to extract and compile data from Google Ads listings on a daily basis.
Must have proven experience in not getting blocked to consistently deliver a list of business websites that have live ads running on Google Ads for all locations.
Experienced programer using API to build and scrape with tools like https://apify.com/ or https://www.scrapingbee.com/ or similar.
Must prove solid experience in being able to consistantly scrape Google Ads.
We don't require any other data, NOT google maps listings. Must be current live advertisers on Google.
This will be an ongoing role for those can prove consistent results.
