Cypress Test Plan Creation for Website

I'm looking for a professional with extensive experience in test planning and Cypress to create a comprehensive test plan for our website and implement them. All tests must be designed to run on desktop browsers. While there are no specific features that need detailed testing, the plan should be robust enough to cover all necessary aspects of the website's functionality.

Initially we need the most basic tests done, but this could turn into a long-term engagement.
