Custom 5-Page Next.js Website Build

I need a fully hand-coded website built with Next.js—no WordPress or other site builders. The project covers just five pages, each custom designed in a modern, clean style that looks equally sharp on mobile and desktop. I’ll supply all copy and imagery, along with a few reference sites to guide the aesthetic.

Page five is a contact page that must include a simple inquiry form (name, email, message) protected by a CAPTCHA to keep spam out. Once the site is complete, I also want a proper XML sitemap generated and wired up so search engines can crawl everything easily.

Deliverables
• Five responsive pages coded in Next.js
• Custom modern/clean UI matching my reference site
• Inquiry form with basic fields + CAPTCHA, connected to backend email/endpoint of my choice
• XML sitemap submitted and verified

Everything should run smoothly in the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Let me know your preferred CSS stack or component library when you reply, and include examples of similar custom builds you’ve done.
