Custom Odoo 16 Arabic ERP

I am moving our entire Excel-based management workflow into Odoo 16 and need the whole solution engineered from the ground up. The goal is for the new system to mirror the exact look, feel, and logic of our current spreadsheets while adding the robustness of a proper ERP.

Scope of work
The build covers daily cash, sales, expense, and inventory inputs; tracking of individual salesmen; service-center operations; and full inventory management. All records must update the database in real time so every number that feeds the executive dashboard is always current.

Dashboard replication
Our Excel file already visualises three core areas—Sales performance charts, Service center KPIs, and Inventory management KPIs. Those same charts and indicators should appear inside Odoo’s web dashboard, using native graph views or custom widgets where necessary. Drill-downs, period filters, and KPI colour coding need to behave exactly as they do today.

Localisation & reporting
Every screen, menu, and printed report must default to Arabic, including right-to-left alignment. Users should be able to export any dashboard or report straight back to Excel with columns, formulas (where possible), and sheet names unchanged so management can cross-check results without reformatting.

Deliverables
• A fully configured Odoo 16 database with the custom modules described above
• Arabic user interface and RTL report templates
• Executive dashboard replicating our existing Excel visuals, refreshed in real time
• One-click export of dashboards/reports to Excel in the identical structure
• Setup, admin documentation, and short training videos or live sessions for our staff

Acceptance criteria
The project is complete when every figure on the Odoo dashboard matches the source Excel file for a parallel test month, Arabic localisation passes user review, and exports open in Excel with no extra cleanup required.
