Custom IOT Device for Fleet Management

I'm seeking an IOT device manufacturer to supply a custom device that can be intricately integrated into our Fleet Management Software which is being developed. This device should be tailored to specifically monitor and report on various aspects of our fuel/diesel tankers.
Key Features Needed:
- Real-time tracking: The device should support real-time tracking capabilities ensuring we obtain live location data of our fleet.
- Fuel Level Monitoring: An essential feature we require is the ability to monitor fuel levels in our tankers promptly.
- Route Deviation Detection: Monitoring and reporting when a route is deviated from is crucial.
- Fuel Theft Detection: We need a mechanism to detect any fuel theft that may occur, the manifold and discharge valves should be monitored with the device and intrusion detection reported promptly.
- Route Fencing & Optimization: The device should help in creating optimal routes as well as help us in ensuring the designated routes are followed.
- Driver Behavior Analytics: It's important for us to have insights into driver behavior, to ensure they are adhering to safe and efficient practices.
Integration:
The device needs to be seamlessly integrated into our Fleet Management Software via API. This will enable the device to communicate with our software and provide real-time data.
Connectivity:
The device should be designed to support cellular connectivity (4G/5G)/or Satellite Technology whichever works best. This is vital in ensuring we can get real-time data from the devices regardless of location.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Profound experience in developing IOT devices
- Expertise in API integration
- Previous experience in Fleet Management systems would be an advantage
- Proficient in real-time tracking technology
- Experience in cellular connectivity for IOT devices
Key to understand that we are building the software (SAAS) and need a hardware manufacturer but if you have some sort of proposal on both, we can as well take a good look at them.
