Creating A4 sales brochure for 2 hotels

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a modern A4 sales brochure for two hotels.
Design Style:
- The desired design style for the brochure is modern. I have a template that you can use.

Content and Images:
- I will provide all necessary content and images for the brochure. The hotel website will also provide text and images.
Primary Aim:
- The primary aim of this brochure is to sell. For each of the 2 hotels I will need a brochure. The general setup will be the same. So once the first brochure is made and is finished to my liking, this will be used to create the second brochure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of modern design principles.
- Experience in creating sales-focused brochures.
- Ability to effectively organize and present information in a visually appealing manner.
- Attention to detail in order to ensure accurate representation of the hotels and their offerings.
Once the job is signed I will provide you with dropbox link to all images that can be used for the brochure.
