Create two HTML pages for me -- 2
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I want to have only 2 static HTML pages designed from scratch. Look at below links
Page1(Home Page): https://data.gov.in/
Page2(Inner Page): https://data.gov.in/cdo
-> I only want to have above two pages designed BUT it should be totally from scratch. NO use of HTTRACK or other website copier.
-> For slider use revolution slider.
-> Content should be static but All JS and Jquery should work.

I NEED TO HAVE EXACT WORKING (JS/JQUERY/CSS etc) as per sample pages. NO EXPECPTION WILL BE GIVEN.
ONLY STATIC HTML PAGE SHOULD BE DONE. NO DATABASE.
