Create a program, Python or other exe, to perform PDF scraping and pasting of pdf files

I have 4 pdf files. Three are where the source information is located and the fourth (summary) is where the Radio buttons and text boxes are located to select or paste the choices found in the source pdfs. In some cases the source information is alphanumeric (name, date of exam, Heart Rate) while in other cases it is the position of a dot over a specific letter and color (A, B, C, D, E, F). I need a program which will automatically identify the source information, copy and paste it to the 4th (summary) pdf as well as identify the source information and select the appropriate radio button selection to fill in the 4th (summary) pdf. When finished there will be a pdf summary page which will be correctly filled in and the operator will be able to select the next series of source files. Attached are three source pdf files and a blank pdf summary page. Also attached is an example of the combined pdfs with explanations of what needs to be done.
