Create an ER model for Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Citizens' electronic health records (EHR) data are divided into the following
general categories: (a) personal data, (b) vaccinations, (c) considered cured
diseases they had in the past, (d) possible chronic diseases, (e) current diseases,
(f) medication treatments they may be undergoing during the current period,
and (g) any surgical procedures they may have undergone.
Basic Assumptions:
‒ All citizens have unique codes.
‒ Diseases are coded in an international coding system and are accompanied by
severity index
‒ Medicines (or active substances) are coded in an international coding system
‒ Surgeries are coded in an international coding system
Make reasonable additional assumptions (if required) and design conceptual
data model (entity-association model) for citizens' EHR data
at the level of abstraction of data categories.
