Create list on excel from an online list and also add there emails.

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a list on Excel from an online email database and add the corresponding email addresses.
Source of the Online List:
- The online list is sourced from an email database.
List is based off this website

We will need email addresses as well. Each list should be per state and made from 1 tab so it’s easier to upload.
Criteria for Selecting Contacts:
- I have specific criteria for selecting the contacts from the online list.
Format of the Excel List:
- The Excel list should follow a standard table format with columns for name and email.
