Create me a YouTube video

I'm looking for a video editor for a long term gig.

I'm creating a youtube channel similar to Company Man, and am looking for someone to create videos to match up with my voiceovers, similar to these: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQMyhrt92_8XM0KgZH6VnRg

Each video will be between 10-12 minutes with a short intro and outro and I have a budget of $10/per video.

You will need to find appropriate copyright free video footage and images to place into the video at the right places. Examples of images could be screenshots of news articles, financial charts, and photos from a company's early beginnings.

I will assist when I can, but won't be providing all assets so you will need to be creative when editing the videos.

Again, this is for a long term gig (approximately 1 new video every week). Please provide your quote PER VIDEO.
