Create a Google Sheets QR Code Generator that MUST Include Company Title

I have an existing Google Sheets template that needs to include the "Company" tab when saving directly to contacts.
The formula of the google sheet needs to be edited to include this. The QR Codes are currently only generating FNAME, LNAME, CELL, EMAIL when scanning.
You will need to create the google sheet and share it with me upon completion and verification the generator works.
