I need 5 application forms converted into fillable PDFs. You will be provided with existing forms to work from.
Requirements:
- Types of input fields: Text fields, Checkboxes, Date pickers
- Need to include calculations in the forms
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
- Experience creating fillable PDF forms
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations
The calculations are for the P&L for Total that sums the expenses, the Total Expenses field will just copy the total for the expenses and the total profit is total income minus total expenses
