Create C/S Chatbot using gpt-3 model

- Administrators can teach the definition of words.
- Administrators can teach Korean speech.(text)
- Administrators can teach you to answer questions.
- The administrator can teach you the order of the user manual.

2. Chatbots should remember that they are talking to users.

3. The gpt-3 model can be continuously learned by the administrator.

4. When you are asked a question outside of an area you have not learned, you should be able to customize it to avoid it.

5. If the answer is not satisfactory, the user can report, and the administrator must be able to collect it.
