Cost Alignment in Primavera P6 Schedule

I have a Primavera P6 schedule that includes cost loading and an invoice for review. Each activity contains budgeted costs, actual costs spent to date, and remaining costs. The aim of this project is to match the costs in the schedule with those on the invoice.
