Correct spacing and typographical errors in 104 Microsoft Word files converted from pdf
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
102 pdfs and two Excel files have been converted into Microsoft Word files. However the program does not replicate the document perfectly and there are some errors in every document, such as:
- double spaces instead of single spaces
- no spaces at all, words joined instead of a space between
- comma is copied as an apostrophe
- the program sometimes mistakes the letter 'I' as the number '1'
On the whole the conversion has been very good, except for some of these errors on every document.
I suggest the job would be most suitable for a freelancer with a team. The bigger the team, the quicker you can get through it, as many hands make light work.
The converted documents have the same formatting, and look the same, as the original pdfs, except for the little errors of conversion that require closer reading to see. The job is to go over the Microsoft Word documents, side by side with the pdf documents, and correct any little errors in file conversion you see, such as the issues mentioned above, until they are exactly the same.
