Convert 2 PDF's into html and add to Gravity Form's Template plugin

This is a small budget project for the right developer. If you are not the developer that'll be working on this project, please do not message me, I'm not looking to hire a team. I will ask questions to verify you're a wordpress, html, and php developer.
You're going to be converting 2 PDF's into html and css the css to look exactly like how it show's on the PDF. You're also going to be adding the plugins shortcodes to the html to fill in the name, date, account numbers, transaction details, etc... (See attached files) for the plugin to generate the final PDF. You will have access to cpanel and ftp access.
