Convert PDF to ArchiCAD for Extension
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled architectural draftsperson to convert a PDF set of plans into ArchiCAD and produce planning drawings for a small extension at the rear of my house.
Key Tasks:
- Convert detailed site, floor plan, and elevation drawings from PDF to ArchiCAD with precise measurements (scale as per indicated on existing plans)
- Develop planning drawings from a basic sketch for house extension.
Requirements:
- Annotations on the plans are not necessary, but the inclusion of dimensions and material specifications is essential.
- A strong proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate conversion from PDF to CAD.
- Prior experience with residential architectural projects will be highly regarded.
Please note, no 3D drawings are required for this task however it is to be drawn in ArchiCAD.
